Speaking and Keynote Address

As part of our community give-back, I give business talks in the community to help business owners grow in their knowledge and ability to lead their companies to greater success. The following are outlines for talks I am prepared to present for your group, club, or trade association:

The “Core Disciplines of Business” In Business “You don’t know what you don’t know” and often “what you don’t know” is what gets in your way of success. The Estrada Strategies Core Disciplines of Business will introduce you to all the key elements of business that must be systematized to have a fully functioning sustainable business. It is through the implementation of sound systems that the business owner is freed up to work on the higher impact initiatives that drive business growth, profitability and ultimately liquidity.

The “Executive Maturity Curve”Just as there are four stages of maturity in live, child, adolescent, adult and senior, there are stages of maturity for business owners. Interestingly enough, tenure has very little to do with where you are on the Executive Maturity Curve; however, where you are on the Executive Maturity Curve has EVERYTHING to do with what you spend your time doing.
